About this space
This Costa Rica inspired home sits in a great location! Right across from San Pedro park and only about 1.5 miles from the Pearl! Also, only about 7-10 minutes from downtown and the Riverwalk! Easy access to Sea World and Six Flags as well. The perfect place for a San Antonio getaway vacation! Also has a fun, HEATED POOL!
Please note: This is NOT a party house. Must be over the age of 25 to book. Please be courteous of the neighbors. Also, pets are not permitted on the property.
The space
The main house is a two story house with two bedrooms, an office converted to a bedroom and two bathrooms.
The pool area is located between the main house and the guest house.
The guest house is two stories and consists of a living room, bedroom and bathroom.
