De närmaste beachs är 10 med bil La Cia Cia & Maragnani, en 20 minuters promenad eller 5 minuter körning.

Du kan också köra till Badesi stranden, 15 minuter med bil eller till Costa Paradiso Beach, 30 minuter med bil. Dessa är alla fantasic stränder med gyllene sand och en vacker ljusgrön havet, mycket tydliga, mycket ren, inte förorenade och inte överfullt av turister, där du har gott om plats för dig själv. Maragnani och Costa Paradiso är min favorit stränder.

På en kulle, har det alltid att sval bris och har utsikt över kusten 1 km bort.

På en klar dag kan man se Korsika.

Det finns också de större städerna Valledoria och Castelsardo i närheten också.

Det är en 2008 lägenhet på första våningen (ej på bottenvåningen) med balkonger fram och bak. Utsikt över havet kusten från den främre balkongen och utsikt över den omgivande landsbygden från baksidan balkongen.

Det finns affärer, kyrka, bar, i den lokala byn La Muddizza, om en 3 minuters promenad från lägenheten.

Det finns även en underbar frukt och grönt butik i slutet av gatan som säljer välsmakande frukt och veg mycket billig och liter rött och vitt vin för € 2. 50 per liter.

Great Place att komma bort: I all sin ett bra ställe att komma bort och bara koppla av.

Bra mat, stränder, klimat och en trevlig skara människor semestra där.

We stayed one week in the apartment. The host was very friendly and helpful, we communicated by Abritel website.The apartment is located in a small and very quiet town from where you can criss-crossing the region.It was clean and the view from the balcony is nice. However, it is a bit small for four people especially to have meals. There is a large table on the first balcony and we had no problem because the weather was nice. It's complicated to cook and have meals inside especially if the bed sofa is unfolded. The dishes are rather in poor condition especially two pans that urgently need replacing.We had a nice stay in this quiet apartment.

Everything was perfect!!

the holidays in La Muddizza were very nice. we liked the balcony because of the view to the sea and to the mountains. The area was quite and relaxing and the flat was good furnished and clean. There are a lot of nice beaches not far away from the apartment and some restaurants too. The owner was very friendly.

A sweet little flat in a quiet village.

We really enjoyed our week in La Muddizza. It's a tiny village a short drive to the sea. The local Maragnani beach is pretty and unspoiled, and lovely to watch the sun set over the sea. The flat has two balconies with shutters, so you get a lovely breeze. The AC helped too. The flat was clean and had bedding and towels. The host checked that we were ok and was easy to contact. There is a local supermarket Supercontas, a fruit and veg stall and a cafe just a couple of minutes walk. You do need a car for day trips and to explore the area. Check out Castelsardo, Costa di Paradiso, old city of Alghero and Neptune's Grotto. We recovered from our busy city and fell in love with the place. Highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful holiday.

La Muddizza

The house is very nice and brand new with all the comforts, air conditioning and parking comrpeso also has a private balcony where you can eat while admiring the sea! The Supermarket is a 5-10 min and in the center of the village there are shops fruit and vegetables very cheap. As for the position. it is close to long sandy beaches, a 20-30 min you can reach the Coast Paradise (amazing!!!) where there are many bays and 15 minutes from Castelsardo, a beautiful village overlooking the sea. May I conclude by saying that I recommend to all the house of Mr. Ciaran because in 11 years that I went to Sardinia I can definitely say that this is one of the most beautiful and tidy house where I was.

Good apartment with some little discomforts

All in all the apartment is a place, where you can sleep, cook and go to beach. But I was bothered by somethings. It was realy dirty, so we have to clean the flat at the first day of arrival. The furniture were dusty and seems washed-out. The bathroom was very small - but for two persons it was ok (but not for more people). For me the flat was to expensive. Sorry for my bad English.

sardinia apartment

We stayed at this apartment for 1 week in the middle of August, it was very clean, light and comfortable with a well equiped kitchen and a nice balcony with a view of the sea and mountains. It was a good sized apartment for 2 adults and one child. The location of the apartment was perfect for us, although a car is essential, even to the beach. There are numerous beautiful places to visit, the coastline is gorgeous.The supermarket in the village has everything you need and the local fruit and veg shop has fantastic produce and brilliant wine. The owner give us loads of information about the restaurants, beaches and the local area in general, all of which we visited, enjoyed and found very helpful. The pizza restaurant in Viddalba was a great experience, although we did struggle to find it and had to ask a few of the local villagers for directions, that was another great experience. We had a brilliant week here very relaxing and we would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in a quiet location in Sardinia.

fantastic week in a nice apartement

Our family, two parents and an eight year old girl, enjoyed our visit in the apartment. The big balcony, where we could see the ocean, where an extra room for us where we sat in the mornings and in the evenings. Comfortable beds, also the extra bed in the kitchen. Good kitchen for cooking at home. A big refrigurator, and freezer, and washingmachine. On the the little balcony the laundry easily got dried. Aircondition in the whole apartm. The neighbours were nice and friendly. Quiet inte the night. La Muddizza is a little village, nice and calm, with about 5 minutes by car to the beach. From the owner of the apartment we got several suggestions of places to visit, as beaches, restaurants, (fantastic food at a special agriturismo near Badesi) etc. We went from Alghero by car and rented the car for the whole week. You need a car to stay in La Muddizza. We really recommend this place.

Relaxing holiday

We spent two weeks in July/August in the apartment which was very clean and comfortable for two people. A car is a definite necessity and we had a wonderful time exploring the interior of the island as well as the coastline. The neighbours were very friendly - as were the locals. We can recommend the local bar/restaurant (can't remember the name but it's the one on the main road down to Valledoria and has a Guiness sign outside!) good food, excellent service and good value for money. Ciaran gave us lots of tips too which were very welcome. The local fruit/veg stall is a must. Fantastic beaches all along the coast and Stintino is worth a visit. Another enjoyable outing was a boat trip along the river in the early evening - lots of wildlife, birds etc. to see. One of the thing we liked about Sardinia was that because of the breeze which frequently blows we weren't bothered by mosquitoes!! All in all a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Thanks Ciaran.

Good location for a relaxing holiday

We spent a week in the Autumn 2009 in this apartment. The location is very good for a range of activities. There are some beautiful quiet beaches within easy reach. The advance information given by the owner was very detailed and accurate. We found some very good restaurants nearby where we enjoyed sampling some local specialities. The apartment is clean and well-maintained bright and airy. The kitchen was adequately equipped to cook a meal although being Irish, my husband missed a kettle! The village location is quiet and friendly where the only disturbance is likely to be the sound of the shepherd tending his sheep in the nearby fields.
