All are welcome at The Rectory House. This beautiful East Falls home was lovingly restored by Studio IQL design principal, Val Nehez. This home is directly adjacent to a church that Studio IQL also constructed and designed as a shared workspace. This space offers a perfect environment to sink into a creative and calm headspace for whatever your needs may be.

The Rectory is the perfect place to relax, refresh and come together. Use this home to refresh and reset.This space is optimal for extended stays, work retreats, and healing retreats. *The Rectory House is a home that a family has lived in and loved over the years. There is warmth, personality, and memories. If you seek predictability of new construction, Keurig Coffee, and Fluorescent LED lights, this might not be the place for your stay.

The East Falls neighborhood of Philadelphia is a quiet, comfortable and family oriented area with access to many local restaurants, coffee shops, hiking trails, and much more. With easy access to the main highway, it is also a quick drive into Center City Philadelphia! *There is free street parking right out front of the home, but we also have a parking lot a few steps away located at the Old Academy Players lot. Almost all of the light switches are on dimmers to provide a sense of calmness and relaxation while you visit.
Please feel free to use all supplies, spices and ingredients to cook in the spacious kitchen.
Stove needs to be lit with lighter- please light lighter first, then turn gas to low.
There are Sonos Speakers wired through the house! They are easily connected via Bluetooth to any device. In your bluetooth settings they will show up as “ ”
PETS ALLOWED! We require a small pet deposit and additional pet cleaning fee to ensure the state of our home remains. Please reach out with any questions!
Beer and Wine- we can have the house stocked with delicious wine and a small array of beer for a fee when booking is confirmed.
On-site Building and Grounds Maintenance- If you see someone who looks like Santa in Carhartt, that’s just Ted! Ted is our trusted maintenance manager for both buildings. Ted loves to chat. If you don’t, he understands!
