Sunroom with office to plug in for work or play. Large living room with beautiful leather sectionals, open concept dining room, large kitchen- fully equipped, spacious bathroom, and 960 sq feet of outdoor space out back, nice size backyard. A wonderful way to start your day either with breakfast or coffee; it's really great energy!

It is walking distance from the huge James Braddock park, which in itself has a dreamy lake, playground/sprinklers, and almost every sports amenity imaginable.
