From November 1- April 15 please be aware that the Utah Department of Transportation and Town of Brighton rules about canyon travel require snow tires (3PMSF) or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. Snow plowing on neighborhood roads is provided by local vendors and intermittent. Cottonwood Lodging does not have control over snow plowing. DO NOT TAKE UBERS OR LYFTS TO THIS PROPERTY. Please plan to check in by 8pm to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming and note that this home can accommodate ONLY 2 vehicles in winter.

Located in the heart of Big Cottonwood Canyon, this stunning 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome offers the ideal retreat for both relaxation and adventure. Whether you're here for world-class skiing at Solitude Mountain Resort or exploring the beauty of the Wasatch Mountains, this home provides the perfect balance of comfort and convenience.
The expansive layout includes a bright and airy great room with towering windows that showcase breathtaking mountain views. Cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace after a day on the slopes, or gather with friends and family in the spacious family room upstairs, which offers plenty of seating and a welcoming atmosphere.
The townhome boasts four generously sized bedrooms, including a luxurious primary suite, ensuring ample space for everyone to unwind. Each of the 2 full bathrooms is beautifully appointed, with modern fixtures and finishes for a spa-like experience. 2 additional half baths provide extra convenience.
Additional highlights include a two-car garage for easy parking and storage, plus proximity to the resort's skiing, dining, and outdoor activities. Whether youâre hitting the slopes, hiking, or simply enjoying the serene surroundings, this townhome is the perfect home base for your next mountain getaway.
Please note, you will need to bring your own firewood for the living room fireplace. There are two gas fireplaces in the primary bedrooms.
