This was an amazing property; well thought out; numerous amenities & ample space for people, vehicle parking - including trailers; upper and lower laundry rooms, etc. There is nothing I could think of that needed improvement. We used this for a side by side trip combined with sight seeing. It is in a convenient location & we plan to be back. Host was excellent to communicate with - Highly recommend!

It was a fantastic place to stay for our group of 16 to spend 4 days in the hills riding motorcycles and side by sides. I would highly recomend it for large groups! House was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed.

Family Vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our family! We had 7 adults and 5 children. The house has 5 bedrooms and 5 baths. Each couple had their own room and the 14 yr old had her own as well. The 2 five year olds slept on the lower bunk beds and loved it. The 2 two yr olds slept on air mattresses in their parents room, which worked well. The kitchen and great room was large enough for us all to gather. We ate dinner at the house every night and the kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed! We had a few issues with the hot water for showers. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. The area is beautiful and would recommend this house for large families!

Week away

We loved our stay. The clubhouse was a getaway, too. Heated pool, splash pad, baby pool, something for everyone! The area was close enough to all the landmarks. The house fit our beeds perfectly!

We LOVED our stay at this beautiful, beautiful home! From the moment we walked in we were “wowed” with every area of this home. My husband and I stayed with our two young children as well as my in-laws- and we all agree this is the nicest Vrbo we have stayed in. Incredibly well built, beautiful furnishings throughout, and such thoughtful touches like bean bags for the kiddos- washer and dryer upstairs and downstairs- views from every room- well equipped kitchen as we did lots of cooking and even a spotless garage that was so nice to be able to park both vehicles in and even play in when the days were cold. Wonderful location, close to both Lead and Deadwood as well as Cheyenne Crossing and Spearfish Canyon. And not to mention the incredible view of the top of Terry Peak out back. Incredible place to stay and make wonderful family memories!

A short drive brings you to a variety of exciting adventures and shopping destinations, all within easy reach.The thoughtfully designed floor plan provides spacious living areas that make the home feel inviting and open. We especially loved dining on the large back deck, and the kids had a blast with the Club House pools, as well as the pool and foosball tables in the basement. It was the perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment!

Reviewer Comments: It took a long time to find a 5 bedroom rental house with 3 main floor bedrooms for our parents who preferred to not have to go up and down stairs. This house was perfect for them. It was a beautiful home. It was well equipped with everything you might need and had very comfortable beds. I also appreciated that it had 2 separate thermostats. One for the main floor and one for lower level. Perfect for our parents who needed a much warmer temp to sleep. Would highly recommend! Great location!
