Guest Access:

Guests will have total privacy in the entirety of this 5-bedroom villa, with the exception of one locked room that is the owner's storage space. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of the parking space at the property can fit up to one large vehicle.



The Neighborhood:

The residence is located in El Cielo, a lovely and peaceful gated community about 1 mile from the beach as well as a few restaurants. The area is safe and neighbors are friendly. The main strip in Playa del Carmen, La Quinta, is located a short 15 minute drive from the residence. It has all kinds of bars, restaurants, night clubs, shopping options, beach access and other activities.



If you are looking to stay close to the residence we recommend you visit Mvngata, a boutique 5 star hotel and beach club with a rooftop bar and world class restaurant with beach access and spa services. Coco's restaurant is quaint and quirky with excellent food and unique style. These two options are about a mile from the residence. Marena beach club is another great option to enjoy the beach without getting too far from the property.



If you are looking to explore more of the area we recommend visiting Xpu-Ha beach, one of the best beaches in the area about 30 minutes from the residence. Along with turquoise waters and soft white sand you will find various restaurants, beach clubs and water activities . Please note that you will need to pay for Parking Xpu-Ha if using a car rental.



The beaches are super close, about 5 minutes-- Chedraui very close, Oxxo, pharmacies, Barberia and much more...



Getting Around:

Navigating Playa del Carmen is very easy. You can move around with a car rental and car services, like local taxis which are readily available and very affordable.



The main strip in Playa del Carmen, La Quinta, is located a short 15 minute drive from the residence. It has all kinds of bars, restaurants, night clubs, shopping options, beach access and other activities.



Other Things to Note:

**For stays of 20 nights or longer, mandatory mid‑stay cleaning(s) are required (one per each 20‑night block). A standard cleaning fee applies per mid‑stay. Scheduling is coordinated with guests and includes a full linen change.





Guests are required to dispose of their trash daily and avoid accumulating large amounts of garbage inside the property, especially before check-out.



All trash must be placed in the designated outdoor bin, and the bin must be **properly closed and secured at all times using the provided strap and lock**. This is especially important because animals may open unsecured bins and scatter the garbage around the property.



A $300 MXN cleaning fee may be charged if garbage is left outside the bin or if an additional cleaner is required to clean up garbage that has been scattered by animals due to the bin not being properly secured.
