Unwind in Andersonville at this delightful house. With 3 bedrooms including 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, guests will feel right at home. Spacious living area with a wall of windows for natural light and stunning views.
Open floor plan connecting the living space, fully stocked kitchen, and eat-in dining area.
3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths.
Main Floor: Living area, kitchen, dining, and half bath.
Upper Loft: A cozy queen bed with an A-frame ceiling (low ceilings, please note).
Lower Level: 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with a queen. Full bathroom, washer/dryer, and direct access to the patio.

Upper Deck: Spacious seating area and outdoor dining table for 6, perfect for meals with a view.
Lower Patio: Two sitting benches and a table with seating for 4, great for relaxing outdoors.

Guests have access to the entire house, there are 2 parking spaces at the street (for cars or a boat) and 2 spots at the top of the very steep driveway. Please drive slowly to the left of the storm drain highlighted in orange spray paint.

You are welcome to bring your own boat/jet ski's.

Other things to note
The cleaning fee you pay is for cleaning and sanitizing the home between guests. We ask that you are respectful of our home and the only check out cleaning we ask is for our guests to wash-up and put away their dirty dishes. You can hand wash or use the dishwasher. Please bag up your trash and take it out to the receptacle at the bottom of our driveway.

You must agree to do only 1 load of laundry or less per day of your stay.

Welcome yâall to our house. We love it here and so will you. Work has taken us on an extended leave away from our beloved âLake Houseâ and we thought others would enjoy the place as much as we do. We look forward to sharing it with you.
Be courteous of our neighbors and respect their privacy. They are also our friends. Please obey the quiet hours (10pm to 8am Sunday through Thursday and 11pm through 8am Friday & Saturday).
It is very peaceful here after Labor Day (fall and winter) but in the summer months itâs bustling with people!
We are always working on odds and ends, doing most of the work ourselves, so contact us directly if something is not working or you come across something that could improve. (Text 419-250-1747).
This house is on a septic system. There is no garbage disposal in the Kitchen. Food wastes are caught in the sink strainer. Pick up the strainer from the sink and empty the contents into the trash. Replace the strainer to sink. We are limited to 1 load of laundry per day. No feminine hygiene products or flushable wipes down the toilet. You will be responsible for plumbing repairs.
There are few things that will keep long-term in the fridge (mustard, ketchup, hot sauce, salad dressing, etc.âŠ). Help yourself to any of these but let us know if we are out. We like to have them here for our stays. It is perfectly fine if you have some extra and would like to leave it for others. Please take with you or throw away any perishable items (fruits, vegetables, milk, juices, eggs, etc.âŠ).
Enjoy your stay here. There are so many things to do year-round. Itâs easy to leave a piece of your heart in Tennessee.
