Very Florida beach house look. The kitchen and bathrooms are well appointed and clean throughout. Easily walking distance to beach. Would recommend.

Close to Quiet Beach, Incredible Location, Family Friendly

Our family and my parents (4 adults, 5 children) had a wonderful vacation at this beach cottage. The location was the best part - the house was almost on the beach - we were able to enjoy the beach at all times of the day because the house was just a few steps away. The house was spacious and the kitchen was outfitted with everything (we made most of our meals at the house). There were beach towels, chairs, sand toys and shade umbrellas available for us to use, which was wonderful!

This is a great house. We had 5 people total. You could easily have 8-10 people stay, as long as you don't mind waiting a few minutes for the toilet or shower. The house is also larger than the pictures show. Our kids (18,17,14) "ooh'ed and ahhh'ed" when we arrived and walked through. It is steps from the beach and the owner has left 6 nice chairs and 2 tents to get out of the sun. Its quiet at night. The beach was not crowded. We found many sharks teeth...... The only downer I have (which has nothing to do with the house or property) is there are many of the surrounding properties thst are being renovated. Next year , those other condos (one has 24 apts) may be full of people. Which could possibly fill up the beach. But, we will most likely stay again!...To the owner and anyone else that reads this: I will pray the blessings of the one true God Jesus Christ will be upon you and your family
