The space
This freshly remodeled home sits in the Baldwin Park area in Orlando, FL. This home has been remodeled with a fresh coat of paint, new pavers, new floors, an upgraded bathroom, and brand-new furniture throughout the entire house. The kitchen has a new oven, microwave & ample appliances, and cookware to enjoy a nice home-cooked meal. The patio has been upgraded with railings, lighting, and furniture so you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee or tea in the morning or evening. The bedrooms are perfect for 2 with new bedsets and bright lighting. Make sure to check out the large backyard where kids and pets are free to roam and enjoy the outdoors!

Guests will be able to the entire house and property including all bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas, washer, dryer, patios, front and back yard as well as the driveway.

Other things to note
The home has a partial fence with an open backyard perfect for walking pets & letting kids play.

The front patio has automatic lights that turn on at night with additional floodlights around the house.

Event Rules:
Hosting Events: All events must be communicated and approved by the host BEFORE the start of the event.

Guests: 1 additional guest per adult is listed on the reservation. I.e. if your reservation has 7 total guests confirmed you are allowed to host a small event with up to 14 people during the hours of 7 am to 11 pm.

Types of Events: are limited to family gatherings, birthdays, reunions, weddings, and related events.

Noise Level: must be maintained so as not to disturb the neighbors. If music is being played after 11 pm, please ensure the volume is reduced to the normal talking level.

Cancellation: The host reserves the right to cancel any reservation found violating event rules. Warning neighbors have advised they will contact local authorities for any events breaking local noise and occupancy ordinances & you may be fined and/or removed from the property if found breaking local laws.

Damages: Please report all damages and incidentals so we can properly address, fix, and/or replace them promptly. We reserve the right to process any damages or excess cleaning costs to VRBO support.

orlando cottage

for me, it was excellent. I want to be close to Orlando executive airport for some flight training. Location was spot on facilities were great. The only thing I could say is that they should maybe clean the exterior windows, but the interior was spotless. All equipment worked except the oven which they knew the previous renter had broken the glass, but otherwise everything was A-OK

Managers very responsive

I think we were one of the first to stay in this rental. There were a lot of items that needed to be in there for renters. The management staff were very easy to get ahold of and immediately addressed our needs. This home does have a large yard, but it isn't fully fenced in (which it does state in the description) and the yard was mostly weeds and dirt. Hopefully after the spring, it will fill in more with grass. The home is located close to a very busy main road, so you can hear the road noise. The house itself was comfortable and very clean. I personally would change a few things, but I am pretty picky. It was easy to get to Winter Park and Orlando sites.
