We’ll need to manually apply the pet fee through the resolution center, as it varies based on the length of your stay. Here are the rates:

1–4 nights: $50 flat
5–29 nights: $120 flat
30+ nights: $200 flat

Unauthorized guests: $100 per person
Late check out penalty: $200
Smoking penalty: $500
Excessive dirt/trash: $350

Unauthorized PARTIES and NOISE during quite hours are strictly prohibited, subject for penalties up to $1000 or more.
