Beläget på vackra Lake Keowee i Seneca, South Carolina. Detta fridfulla avkopplande hem är din ideala semester tillflyktsort och bara 30 fot från vattnet. Gentle sluttande promenad gör dina resor till vattnet lätt. Din båt eller jetski kan vara bunden till sidan av den täckta bryggan för enkel åtkomst. Du kan också starta din båt eller jetski direkt bredvid fastigheten. Båtuthyrning ligger bara några minuter bort. Vid ingången av bryggan är ett soligt däck perfekt för avkoppling på och för att njuta av det smaragdgröna vattnet i Lake Keowee. Röstade en av de renaste sjöarna i sydöstra. Flera golfbanor i området, liksom fina restauranger och biografer och naturligtvis Clemson Tiger fotboll! Beläget bara en kort bilresa till hisnande utsikt över Blue Ridge Mountains.

Köket, matsal och vardagsrum är utformade med en öppen planlösning med kök är fullt utrustade för din bekvämlighet. Vi erbjuder trådlöst internet och DirecTV på våra 42 "platt skärm. Vår Lakehouse har 3 sovrum och 2 bad. Sovrummet har Queen säng och TV. Sovrum # 2 har två enkelsängar och sovrum # 3 har Queen Bed / TV och soffa / sittgrupp.

Lakefront sidan av huset har en veranda utrustad w / gungstolar och picknickbord som sträcker bredden av huset. Ett nytt tillägg till verandan är en Weber gasolgrill.

LakeKeowee erbjuder 18.500 tunnland smaragdgrönt vatten och vackra vattenfall. Mest praktiskt båt ramp läge är bara ett par miles från hemmet på High Falls County Park.
En tyst, underbart område att njuta av en mycket vilsam sjö semester.

Great location - easy slope to water - nice dock and sitting area - covered front porch w/rockers - plenty of parking - liked the floor plan - Beds comfy - Nice neighbors - Boat ramp next door through a row of trees so no bothering - Would stay again!

Clemaon Football Weekend

The house was just what we needed. It was not large but suited us perfectly. The long porch overlooking the water was delightful to sit out on. The ktchen was well equipted. and the entire house was spotless. We will stay again if we ever have the opportunity!

Great property, great experience!

Can’t say enough good things about our stay. Cabin was clean, well provisioned, and comfy. We spent a lot of time on the porch, enjoying the view from the rocking chairs and eating all our meals at the table. The property is great. It has a fire pit, lush green grass, and a short walk to a very nice dock with deep water. The dock is perfect for swimming and enjoying the lake. The community boat ramp next door is extremely convenient for those bringing their boats. Jimmy is an excellent host who really cares about his guests and their experience on the lake. Highly recommend!

Exactly what we were looking for

We just stayed a week at this property. It was so relaxing! Exactly as advertised. The house is no frills but comfortable, clean, and has everything you really need. We are a cooking family and found the kitchen small but had all the utensils needed to make all our meals. There wasn't alot of of space for all our pantry food but we made it work. The beds are comfortable. The water pressure and hot water was really nice even with both showers running. The back yard is really really nicely landscaped. We traveled with our toddler (16month) and spent alot! Of time walking the hill and playing in the grass. The dock and lake is beautiful. There is a ladder at the end to swim, the water is very clear green and was refreshing. Fishing was unsuccessful but we saw many small fish up by the bank. My biggest complaint was the entire house was white carpet which with a 16 month old was terrifying but it was in immaculate shape and very comfortable. I would definitely stay at this property again. The owner Jimmy is extremely attentive and you can tell he truly cares about the property. He called the day before arrival to give little tidbits like info about the light switches, where to shop, and make sure we didn't have any questions. Then he called the first morning to make sure everything was OK. Finally he called on day of check out to make sure we enjoyed our time and see if we had any issues. I highly highly recommend this property!

Great property- quiet street right on the lake

Our 5-person family had a blast staying at Jimmy’s house! It certainly was “no frills” as another reviewer suggested, but came complete with everything you might need for a relaxing stay on the lake. The house only has neighbors on one-side and they were lovely people. As parents, we enjoyed that all of our kids slept in the back of the house and we were able to stay in the den and front bedroom without disturbing them as they slept. Jimmy is a fabulous owner who was in contact before and during our trip.

Cozy Lake House

Enjoyed rocking on the porch early in the mornings drinking coffee. Kids spent a lot of time trying to reel in fish, but no luck. Kitchen was stocked with all cooking pots and dishes we needed. Had plenty of nice towels and linens were a good thread count. Beds were comfortable and house was cozy and comfortable. Neighborhood was nice.

Quiet cove with easy access to the main channel. Brand new modern dock. Gentle slope to the water and grassy back yard. The porch, with its rocking chairs, is great for evening cocktails with family or friends. The house is clean and comfortable and although it is an older house, everything works great. The owner, Jimmy, is easy to reach, and he is the first VRBO owner that made an initial call when I checked in to ensure everything was ok. And repeated the call at the end of my stay to do the same.

Great Dock, Easy walk down to the lake, wonderful porch!

We have rented numerous houses on Lake Keowee in the past and this house had the best dock by far. Nice easy walk down to the lake. Sitting on the porch enjoying the nice breeze was my favorite part. Jimmy was easy to work with and very helpful.

Laketime Fun!

Traveling from FL, it was wonderful to jump off the dock into the emerald clear water and NOT have to worry about “gators.” Rented a boat from nearby High Falls Boat Marina for fishing And the teens had a blast on the tube. We ate every meal at the house. Having the gas grill was wonderful. Even in this heat, we enjoyed the new fire pit and made s’mores. House had everything we needed. Plenty of linens. Kitchen could have a few more items, (oven mitts) but we made do. There is a fan inside The house , we used on back porch and it definitely helped with the heat. We brought our own Griddle, kayaks , water floats and hammock. Chairs at new dock, ladder on dock ( great for getting out of the water) and pedal boat made for some fun times. Would return to this area again. Jimmy has been on this lake over 40 years and is full of knowledge for the local area. Check in and out was a breeze.
