The communication was 5 star!! The property was great the condo was just as the picture showed. I would definitely rent this one again.

The condo was decent and good enough for a last minute booking. There were stains on some of the pillows. There was nothing we could use to take to the beach which is weird bc this is a condo on the beach so be sure to bring your own everything. The broom had no dust pan so we couldn’t even sweep sand from the beach so the sand went everywhere in the condo. It took a full 24 almost 48 hours for the fridge to get cold and the ice maker to make ice. On the bright said there were plenty of wash rags and towels for showers and the water got hot in the shower, a major plus. The security assumed we were smoking and came to our room and threatened to kick us out though I am a doctor & in the military & I had all kids with me, smoking is not in my lifestyle whatsoever. The host instantly messaged us about the situation in what seemed like they were assuming as well but I could be wrong. Although no one had physical proof of us smoking so I felt targeted due to being a different race other than white. When walkingTo and from the beach each daily it always smelt of smoke, cigarettes and marijuana. If I had to pick to stay here again? Probably not but if you’re looking for a last minute stay this is good. Just bring your own everything.

Nice Stay/Needed More Info on Stocked Condo Items

We had a great stay and the condo met our family/trip needs. My only feedback is the property mgt company should have provided more information on what was stocked in the condo so I knew to bring these items from home rather than have to purchase when I arrived. For example - an extra roll of toilet paper, an extra paper towel roll. There was no dish soap to wash dishes - no additional trash bags to the ones in the bins when we arrived. There only 1 packet of dishwashing detergent. Zero coffee filters for a regular coffee pot, no salt and pepper, etc. This is helpful information to know prior to arrival. Also would have been a nice touch to have stocked these items for renters.
