Its a perfect honeymoon getaway! The place was just as the pictures and so clean, love that its pet friendly and the host answers fast if we needed anything! Would definitely recommend this place!

The Chalet was an excellent choice! Very suitable for any family trip. We were very comfortable and pleased with the cleanliness and ease of getting to the cabin. They made it a true getaway experience and enjoyed the area. It’s also in a great location, close to hiking and fishing. Also thanks for letting us bring our dog, she had a good time. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The chalet was perfectly appointed with everything we needed to eat in 4 nights and out with owner recommended restaurants. We hiked with our 2 dogs on the Manistee River trail, in Arcadia nature reserve, Green Point Beach, Nordhouse wilderness area, and Mangoon Creek nature area. All were gorgeous and less than 40 min away. The best was coming back to the chalet, tired, dirty, and sun-kissed, to shower in a spa-like space. Thank you to our host for creating a perfect home-base for outdoor adventures in Northern Michigan.

Clean, safe, perfect communication. We tried to stay in the Traverse city first but it was crazy expensive in holiday weekend, so we found this property which we enjoyed 100%. It is still 1hour-ish away from Sleeping bear dune and Traverse city, 20mins away from beautiful sunset in Manistee beach. We didn’t try this time but I love to fish so we will come back for it for sure.

The kitchen was fully equipped with all cooking essentials. It was a great open floor plan with space for our family if 5. We brought our dog, and he was also comfortable here.

Everything was great! We also loved the idea of coming back with another family to ski or fish and each family would have their own space when it came time to get to bed. Modern and clean!

Host was great and very quick to respond to a few questions I had. House was as described and very clean. Nice appliances and plenty of cookware. They even allowed us in early as our plans changed and we were a couple hours ahead of check in time. Will more than likely stay again.
