This newly built 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood just 3 miles from the best shopping & dining in downtown Thomasville. The home has a spacious kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and all the essentials for entertaining. The all season patio is just off the kitchen and living room making it an ideal location for water views and relaxation. The living room has ample seating on a large sofa, and a large flat screen smart tv with WiFi.
Each bedroom offers generous space and comfort, with the primary suite providing a private oasis complete with an en-suite bathroom and stunning water views.

This is an HOA property, we please ask that you do not park cars other than in the driveway or in the garage. PLEASE NOTE: Trucks larger than pickups, commercial vehicles, motor homes, or service and delivery vehicles may NOT be parked or stored in the driveway or side of the road by the property.
***Please note that in order to keep our prices as low as possible for lower guest occupancy we do charge for additional occupancy beyond 4 guests. The occupancy fee is $50-100 per individual, depending on the length of stay.
