Fully Renovated Home â Perfect Home Base for Exploring Austin!
Welcome to Ozone Place, a lovely renovated 3-bed, 2-bath home located in the desirable Wells Branch neighborhood. This home is the ideal location for travelers who want both comfort and convenience. With easy access to I-35, 45, and MoPac (1), you'll be able to reach downtown Austin, the Domain, or Circuit of the Americas in no time. The commuter rail station also makes it a breeze to explore the city without the stress of driving.
The space
3 bedroom/2 bathroom home with Google Fiber internet.
Living Room has 65â TV, a sofa and 2 chairs. The front living area has an adjustable desk and comfy rolling chair for when you need to get some work done.
Primary bedroom has a King bed, a walk-in closet, en-suite bath, and a 55â TV. Secondary bedroom has a Queen bed, and closet. Third bedroom has a Full size bed, chest of drawers, and a closet.
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire home and can also park in the garage. The linen closet is the only area that is locked and unavailable.
Other things to note
If youâre in the home on Thursday night, please roll the trash bins out to the curb and bring them back in on Friday once theyâve been emptied.
Absolutely no parties or loud noise of any kind.
Please be respectful of the neighborhood and neighbors.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping on the property.
