The house was great! Perfect for our family vacation. Nice big backyard, clean, spacious bedrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen. It was close to town and easily accessible, and we will happily return!

This house was extremely well appointed. The hosts are very thoughtful in the way the way they provide even the littlest of details. My family, there were 10 of us, was extremely comfortable during our 4 day stay. Highly recommend if you plan a visit to the Hudson Valley!

We were traveling with a group of friends and this house was perfect. Communication with the host was excellent. The house smelled and looked amazing since the second we walked in. We especially appreciated the amenities out back. This property definitely made our trip worthwhile. Please book if you can. We will be back for sure.

The house was absolutely perfect for my children and grandchildren who were visiting for a family event. Everyone was thrilled with the amenities, the cleanliness, and the helpfulness of the owners. We could not have asked for more and would not hesitate to rent again when the whole family is visiting.

I’ve been renting homes for many years and this house is absolutely one of the best. It’s super clean and everything inside is brand new. The backyard is fantastic including the really nice hot tub. The owners/managers Ida and Josh live right there in an attached apartment but the house is still very private. All beds are super comfortable. I would highly recommend this property and I’m already thinking of renting it again.

We had an amazing stay! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need — from comfy beds to a fully stocked kitchen. The location was perfect, close to town, yet peaceful and private. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. We especially loved outdoor are and firepit. It truly felt like a home away from home. We can’t wait to come back!

Family and friends

The house was big enough for 2 families. It was very clean and comfortable. The property is beautiful and Cold Springs was the perfect spot for everything we wanted to do while in NY. The caretakers were very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was located in quiet location surrounded by trees. The outside deck area with picnic/ patio table and gas bbq was perfect for our family gathering. The house was tastefully decorated inside and had all our home comforts covered. The hosts were very attentive and addressed all our questions in advance of our stay. We will definitely return to this house when visiting family again.

Absolutely beautiful home! Even better in person than the pictures. It was so clean and immaculate. Ida has filled her lovely home with EVERYTHING you could possibly need or want. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was fabulous. There were 10 of us in the home and we had plenty of space.

Lots of space, lots of memories made!

We needed a place to house our extended family of 9 for a few days near Newburgh and Fishkill. This place was perfect! There was plenty of space for everyone, and everything about the house and property was top notch. We also visited Cold Spring and Beacon, both of which are cute little towns with lots of character. The backyard firepit came in handy too when we entertained some local friends. Ida and Matt were great hosts and were responsive to our every question and need. If/when we are back in the area, I won't hesitate to book this place again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home! Everything was as described and it perfectly met the needs of our small multi-family mini-reunion. The home was a comfortable launching pad/home base for our family activities - quiet and about 10-20 min away from our activities in Fishkill/Beacon. The kitchen was well-stocked and we enjoyed the assortment of teas and coffee. Beds were comfortable, there was plenty of closet space, and the yard was a great place for the kids to run around while us adults talked. Ida and Josh were both promptly communicative, both before and during our stay. They accommodated our desire to have the twin beds set up in the bonus room & additional chairs placed at the table. We saw Ida upon arrival, to help point us to the visitor parking side of the house, but otherwise they gave us our space and we didn't see them again (though they did promptly respond to a question through the app asking about the trampoline/swing and where we might find a ball to play with the soccer goals in the yard). If we ever find ourselves back in the area, we'll definitely look to see if the home is available to stay in again. Highly recommend!
