This is a 2 LOFT DUPLEX apartment combined listing. The first unit is a 5 BEDROOM LOFT DUPLEX apartment has two ground floor entrances !!! One step out side the patio door is an amazing deck with complete north to south New York Manhattan skyline view. Please feel free to BBQ and enjoy the site seeing. The apartment consists of the living room & kitchen as a flow thru living.
Up stairs in the new apt is the NEW master bedroom with a very cozy feel this room can sleep 6 People comfortably !!! Included in the room is one full size Posturepedic bed Queen size and optional full-size very comfortable air mattress including a full private bathroom with double sinks. Walk out the bedroom into the living room you will enjoy the incredible sunrise over the NYC skyline view!!!
The second room upstairs is cozy with two windows including a posturepedic mattress additional air mattresses can be found inside the closet, directly opposite the room across the hallway is a full common bathroom.
Down stairs the other three rooms consist of built in closets including two of the rooms have large windows that also face the NYC view!!
Included in all the rooms are very comfortable Posturepedic full size beds with additional options guest air bed full, twin size & queen mattresses options for each room.
The larger of the three rooms has a private entrance to the back garden that has the skyline view and plenty of area for the kids to play !!

The Neighborhood
The Big Apple is right in our backyard! Traveling to Manhattan is only a 15-20min drive or the NJ Transit Bus stop (123 Bus to 42st Manhattan) is 1/2 block away from the apparent. Please ask about our guest recourse documents! There is a ton of info about museums, shopping locations, and site seeing locations! Please don't hesitate to ask for help or any question with travel needs!
There is a community Olympic size swimming pool right next door called Fireman's Memorial Park, including a kids swimming area! Please ask ahead of time if you are planning on going.
There is a 24/7 bakery 1 & 1/2 blocks away between 6th and 7th Street on Palisade Ave. They have delicious pastries, fresh hot bread, croissants, bagels. And some of the basics, milk, butter, soda, juices, eggs.
There's a 24/7 Diner called the Coach House Dinner located on eighth Street and JFK (John F Kennedy) Boulevard.
We also recommend Rumbas restaurant in Jersey City. It's located next to the 2nd St Washington Park on Central Ave and North St. They serve authentic Cuban cuisine and the average meal $4 to $9! They also offer fresh squeezed juice!
In Washington Park, located on 2nd St and Palisade Av there is a football field, Soccer field, basketball courts and 12 tennis courts free for public use! Please let us know in advice we can supply our guest with tennis rackets upon request.

The apartment is close to a public bus 1 block & a half away ( Route 123) it takes you to NYC Manhattan on 42nd St ( Port Authority) . The bus fare is $3.25 exactly for each person. This brings you to Port Authority, which is the center of all subway trains. Option 2 is requesting a Uber ( 5 minutes away) to the PATH Hoboken the train that heads to NY & it stops on 33rd St Manhattan NY. Another fantastic 24/7 transport option is to use the private charter buses / mini buses available 24 hours a day and they depart/ run anywhere on New York Ave and stop at the 30th St Post Office, from there you can grab any bus saying New York City on it. This will bring you into the city without worrying about other bus schedules. The buses run every few minutes!!! Hello here are some Friendly tips !!! I was born in Australia but came to NJ as a young man with my father. Together we purchased this property and we did all of the work developing and upgrading it ourselves. I have an 18 year old son getting ready to start College. I hope he and I get an opportunity to continue developing this and other property.

Varför värden valde detta boende
My family and I live in the neighborhood. We have made and cherish many strong personal relationships in this community. Being right across the River from Manhattan gives this town a multicultural and cosmopolitan feel but at a slower pace. With plenty of time to get to know neighbors and making friends.
The biggest attraction is that we are so close to Manhattan with an amazing view from the 100' wide deck. The apartment building is only 15 minutes via New Jersey transit on bus number 123 within a quiet residential neighborhood.
There is also and Olympic size swimming pool a couple of doors up it is open to the public you may need a union city ID or some paperwork please let me know if you are deciding to visit the swimming pool or the kids water play park area located at Fire Men's Memorial Park.

The biggest attraction is that we are so close to Manhattan with an amazing view from the 100' wide deck. The apartment building is only 15 minutes via New Jersey transit on bus number 123 within a quiet residential neighborhood.
There is also and Olympic size swimming pool a couple of doors up it is open to the public you may need a union city ID or some paperwork please let me know if you are deciding to visit the swimming pool or the kids water play park area located at Fire Men's Memorial Park.

This property is very unique to me because I have so many fond memories of working on it with my father. However, we have an unrivaled view of of the NY Skyline and at 15 mins from NYC it os truly a remarkable property.
What we are doing here is giving you two units right next to each other for groups no larger than 35. We provide 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 9 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms. You will also have double the deck space to sit outside have a BBQ and enjoy the full north to south view of the NYC Skyline.
