This home was perfect for a visit to USNA for a reunion! It was super clean, and on a quiet street in a fantastic, centralized location. It really is an easy walk to the stadium. We would rent this property again in a heartbeat next time we visit!

Great stay for the holiday with my kids! Close to the Yard and plenty of space and kitchen was super helpful with extra items to help cook our holiday meal.

She was a very kind host and easy to communicate with. She always responded quickly too! We stayed here to have a place closer to where my wedding was being held and the location was great and the house itself was a perfect space!

What an adorable place and the location was so incredibly convenient to USNA and downtown Annapolis. Pros: 100% of everything! There were three queen beds that were so comfy you just melted into them after a long day exploring, the place was super clean and welcoming, plenty of towel and extra bedding, cute little backyard gas fire pit to end the day, checkin/checkout process always a breeze, hosts were super responsive in messaging. Looking forward to staying there again!

We had a great time in Annapolis and enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house! Short walk to the naval academy, football stadium, and house was immaculate and well stocked with everything we needed. Thank you for making our stay special!

Such a sweet little house and a perfect location

We absolutely loved our stay. The location is perfect… Walking distance to town, and a number of great little restaurants and shops right around the corner. The house had everything we needed and we could not have had a better weekend in Annapolis! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us… We enjoyed every single second at this charming home.

The property was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was convenient to downtown Annapolis and to the Naval Academy. There were shops and restaurants nearby. It was a perfect house for our family’s visit to see our Midshipman,

Perfect spot for USNA drop off

This was a perfect spot for our family of six to stay for our daughter's USNA drop off, especially because it enabled us to walk in and out of Gate 8. Really efficient use of space. Plenty of space for us to make and eat dinner. We loved evening walks in the neighborhood and getting really good ice cream right around the corner.

We had a lovely stay at Alicia's property! The house was better than the images showed-- there is a futon in a separate room on the ground floor and the main living area couch also appears to pull out. There is also a large backyard not pictured. The area was lovely to walk around in and very convenient and the house had most everything we needed to cook meals. Would recommend!
