This stunning 4-bedroom, 3-bath home seamlessly blends luxury, relaxation, and modern style. The open-concept layout features a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and large sliding doors that lead to an expansive screened lanai. Outdoors, enjoy a heated saltwater pool and spa, available seasonally from 7 AM to 10 PM, with an optional heating feature for $50 per nightâperfect for cooler evenings. The outdoor kitchen, complete with a grill and comfortable seating, overlooks the tranquil canal, creating an inviting space for al fresco dining. A private mother-in-law suite adds extra convenience for extended stays.
For entertainment, all four bedrooms are equipped with TVs featuring ROKU, in addition to TVs with ROKU in the great room and outdoor kitchen area, ensuring endless streaming options throughout the home. The fourth bedroom also includes a dedicated workspace, ideal for remote work or catching up on tasks.
