Two of the bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath with individual sink/wash areas in each bedroom. Flat screen TVs/DVDs are in all bedrooms, including a 65" HDTV with Blu-ray with a sound bar in the main tiled living area. Also available, is a large DVD library, books, puzzles & games for children and adults. The Master king suite opens onto a screened lanai, (also available from the main floor deck), the bath & dressing area has his-and-her sinks with a separate shower, XL garden tub and large walk-in closet. Other amenities include ceiling fans throughout the home and on the porch. Additional box fans are also provided on each floor and deck area. A furnished covered deck with safety gate leads down to a landscaped fenced backyard with pool & new for 2021 hot tub with led lighting. Only a brief walk to the beach from this corner lot that adjoins the bicycle path. Beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and a beach gear wagon are provided in a secure locked guest closet for your use.
