Not worth the price

The property was not clean. We had to re-wash all of the dishes before use because the previous renter put dirty dishes in the cabinets and in the stove storage. Only two small and stained bath towels were provided for our 3 night stay. The deck and grill were not in shape for use due to a very dirty grill and cigarette butts everywhere.

Fall Festival

The condo is very nice and a great location. The only issue we had was the noise. The noise from upstairs was loud and when we were sitting on the deck you could hear everything the people upstairs were talking about. I feel like we would have had more privacy at the hotel

Great Weekend

We stayed for our son's 13th birthday. It was a lovely time. The place had very comfortable furniture that was easily converted into spacious beds for the whole family. We were able to BBQ when we wanted, and we were close enough to stores and restaurants if we wanted to go that route. There was a nearby pool that kept the teenagers happy, and a nice, quiet, secluded community feel for taking family walks. There were also very neat, family friendly attractions nearby to partake in that the whole family enjoyed. We would not hesitate to stay here again! (It would have also made for a beautiful retreat away from the kiddos, if we are ever able to get away😆)

Great for summer stay

Visited 7S for a week in July. The property is very convenient to the resort, maybe a 5 minute drive. The condo was clean although some aspects were dated but that didn't bother me. There were plenty of kitchen implements as well as complimentary coffee (which I forgot to pack). Only glitch was that on arriving I didn't find the alarm code quickly enough and it went off - I think my ears rang for 15 minutes after I finally shut it off. But that's on me. Overall a solid affordable option for staying at 7S with a small group of people.

Accurate as advertised

Condo was exactly as phographed. Location was very convenient and we appreciated that we could take our dog. It had plenty of towels, blankets, pillows and kitchen items that one would need for a comfortable stay. Could use a little updating. Someone was working in the condo above, appeared to be remodeling, so it was rather noisy, although that is probably a temporary situation.

Great space for our needs.

This unit is perfect for us. We travel as a couple and one friend, so having the master bedroom works for us and our friend sleeps on the pull-out sofa in the sunroom. We also travel with dogs and are grateful to find places that can accommodate us with only 1-2 bedrooms. The photos accurately depict the unit, and the host is very responsive when planning and during your trip.

Perfect Condo!

We come to Seven Springs every summer for a board game tournament. This condo was perfect for our needs. It is a short drive to the main hotel & convention center. The unit was exactly as presented described and photos were accurate. The host sent great communication about the check-in process and key information we needed. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay during our favorite week of the year!

Great weekend getaway

One of my family members got married at 7 springs and I booked this condo for the weekend getaway. This is my first booking through VRBO. The property manager was so helpful threw the whole process and even when I had questions while there. She answered me back within hours. Only like 5-6mins from resort and the shuttle will even pick you up. Super Cozy

Mentor Fishing Weekend

Usually we would stay at the cabins at Kooser State Park. All the cabins were rented so I searched online for a place to stay. I came across VRBO and the condos at Seven Springs. The price was great, the accommodations were great, the entire weekend in the mountains was great! We will defiinitely stay here again!

This is not what is listed..

When arriving to the property it was very clear that this is NOT a 2 bedroom. It is a 1 bedroom with a sunroom with a pullout sofa that when you close the wooden shutters- you will find them to be broken. The lock on the door in the sunroom did not work. The security system continued to have a beep sound every time anyone moved in the house. The property manager was able to tell me how to turn it off, which I had to do approx 25 times. The fan blades had 1/4" of dust as did all of the decor. The bathroom towels had stains on them. The bathroom wallpaper is peeling next to the sink and there is mold around the showerhead. The toilet has a crack on the seat so when you sit down it pinches your leg. This property needs updated and fixed. It needs to be listed as a 1 bedroom and should charge about half the cost. We have stayed at many places in Seven Springs and this is by far the WORST condo yet. I would discourage anyone from staying here.
