The place was awesome for my needs. This was my first time visiting the area and, after seeing the hotel options in the area in person, I was super happy with my choice. I traveled by myself with my small dog. We loved waking up to and coming home to this quiet, beautiful retreat right on the Guadalupe river. The location was very clean and met our needs completely. Great AC, great shower/bathroom, and great living area. I had no need to cook. My dog was enthralled with the local deer that visited us. You can't go wrong with this place-thank you for a great time! I would definitely book it again.

PERFECT! This cute lakeside cabin was peacefully rejuvenating. There was a huge perk we had no idea about. If you want privacy, this is the place!! Only downfall was we didnt stay longer. Clear Spring Restaurant was less than 10 mins down the road and delicious.

My wife and I really enjoyed it, and are already planning our next stay. Other than the Netflix not being available, and being limited to just a few channels, it couldn't have been better. And quite honestly, we need to be outside anyway. We would stay again, and look forward to doing so.

My stay was a little different as I was there in the area to help with a fundraiser. It was a long hot Saturday getting set up and ready for Sunday. I was so glad to finally get to the cabin at around 8:30. I got inside and the AC was already on and set at a comfortable temperature. The shower was great, perfect water pressure and a nice shower head, I almost didn't get out. I got to bed and that was extremely comfortable, I slept like a baby. I actually slept through my alarm it was so peaceful out there. Woke to chirping birds, beautiful view of big trees and the river.Tom was very kind and I will stay here again!!!Highly recommend for a lovely couples get away.
