Step inside this cozy haven to find a bright, open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area that seamlessly connects to a delightful, screened porch and an expansive deck. Perfect for relaxing mornings or starlit evenings, these spaces invite you to soak in the natural beauty surrounding you. The cottage boasts two inviting bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed and a sparkling new bathroom that adds a touch of luxury to your stay. A queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping accommodations.
Outside, your waterfront adventure awaits. Enjoy exclusive use of two single kayaks and a canoe for paddling excursions or dock your small boat right on the property. Relax by the firepit, swing under the trees, or take a short stroll to the shared association beach for a refreshing swim. With plenty of outdoor seating and picnic areas, thereâs no shortage of spaces to enjoy the sunshine and serene water views.
