Beautiful beach house with fantastic views and very easy beach access! Kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Perfect spot for our extended family of 26!

This home was amazing. My family had a wonderful time. The home is in the best location for the beach and stores. Its under a five minute walk to the water. The house had beach toys for the kids and the pool was heated which was so wonderful in the evening. The only discrepancy is that the two bunk rooms upstairs are connected to main bedrooms. So you have to go through the main bedroom to get in or out of the bunk rooms. Also the small tv's that are pictured in the bunk rooms are no longer there. My grandkids were a little disappointed about that. This home is beautiful and gave us the opportunity to be together. We have the best time.

Location and proximity to the beach was excellent. Plenty of parking spaces was a bonus. We had 13 vehicles and still could have parked more. Bedrooms were spacious. We had teenagers, so the bunk rooms off the bathroom were a little awkward, but we made it work!

The property is lovely and well maintained.The quest house is behind the property and not the white one on the water as I assumed. Still only a 50 yard walk to the waters edge.The umbrella and chairs were put up and taken down each day as promised. My family enjoyed our stay. We would definitely do it again!

We had a good experience. I’d recommend it. I’d come back. There were a few minor hiccups but nothing that we couldn’t overcome. For example, the coffee pot in the guest house didn’t work but no problem with that we work we worked around that just a little things but other than that, it was all and all a good experience.

This house was the perfect location for our group and had exactly the right amenities for our families. We brought down a group of 13 boys for their senior spring break, and it couldn’t have worked out better. The boys especially loved how close the house was to the beach—it made it easy for them to go back and forth throughout the day. In the evenings, they had a great time hanging out by the pool, which was a huge bonus. Overall, it was a fantastic setup for a memorable trip, and we’d definitely recommend it for large groups.

Friends Vacation

Family beach trip

This was our family's second time staying at Alotta Colada for our annual beach trip. We absolutely love this property as it has plenty of space to spread out with multiple families staying together. The pool and tiki bar are awesome! The beach is perfect! The staff and maintenance are so helpful and kind! We will definitely stay here again and again!

Great for families

We had the best time! The house was great for all ages and you can’t beat the 30 second walk to the beach. We plan to book again next summer.

Great place for family

Beautiful place. We had 6 family’s that all fit comfortably. The private pool and the tiki bar were a hit! So was the game room and basketball. The walk to the beach was shorter than anywhere we’ve stayed. We will definitely be back.

The host responded quickly to questions. The pool was perfect for the kids who didn’t want to go to the beach. A very short walk to be on the beautiful white beaches. The house was wonderful and clean. Had a couple of maintenance problems that were resolved very quickly. We had the best time and hope to return to this house next fall. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
