Newly designed Miami Beach townhouse has 6,458 sq. ft. It is fully equipped, modern, newly renovated house that accommodates 20 people comfortably. Be sure there is more than enough space for a large group.
It is located just a mile from a lot of South Beach major attractions in a well-connected area in the city centre, 10 mi from the airport and only 2 blocks from the beach! Close to all the shops and restaurants.
The space
Newly designed Miami Beach townhouse has 6,458 sq. ft. It is fully equipped, modern, newly renovated house that accommodates 20 people comfortably. Be sure there is more than enough space for a large group.

The building consists of 2 private units, Unit 1 and Unit 2 with 2 separate entrances but shared roof with 2 separated pools (not heated). You are looking at the Unit 1. Access codes are provided upon arrival.
Property has 2,153 ft² of terrace, iron, internet access (Wi-Fi), hairdryer, balcony, heating, air conditioning, private pool, covered parking in the same building with 2 spots, 7 TVs, satellite tv (Languages: Spanish, English). The outdoors of the house is equipped with the security camera system for your safety and pleasant stay.
The modern open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, disher/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, kitchenware, plates and bowls. For your convenience we provide 4 towels per bed and other basics such as mini shampoos and soaps, toilet paper, paper towel, salt and pepper, trash bags, dish soap, and complimentary coffee and tea. The villa is right next to Walgreens and 2 min drive to Publix which are open till late for you to purchase what you might need.
The outdoor street security camera system is installed in the front, back and side of the property for your safety.
