Kom och njut av det här totalrenoverade hemmet med fantastisk utsikt över lagunen och Robert Trent Jones! Hemmet har just blivit helt ommålat och har nu trägolv över hela hemmet! Kockens Kök är vackert med sina bänkskivor i granit, skräddarsydda skåp och rostfria vitvaror. Köket kommer att vara fullt utrustat med allt som familjen behöver för att laga mat hemma. Matsalen precis utanför köket har en ny picknick stil bord med plats för sex. Vardagsrummet kompletterar det öppna konceptet med sina bekväma och moderna möbler, trägolv, LCD-TV och flera reglage för enkel åtkomst till ditt privata däck och poolområde. Det finns också en stor skärmad veranda med gott om möbler att slappna av och njuta av en uteservering. Sovrummet har en king size-säng, LCD-TV, hans och hennes garderober och ett mycket stort badrum med eget badrum. Master Bath är helt uppdaterat med en hans och hennes fåfänga, trädgård badkar och separat stor walk-in kaklat dusch. Det första gästrummet har en queen size-säng och LCD-TV. Det andra Gästrummet har två enkelsängar och en LCD-TV också.

Beautiful Hilton Head property.

A home away from home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our family’s second stay at this well maintained home! There was new furniture in the screen room, where we spent the majority of our time. Also new exterior paint. I especially love that this house has garage access and provides pool toys and even a few beach chairs. Another nice touch is the many games for young and old. Once the pool filter was fixed everything was just about perfect. Bike rentals were enjoyed and made it easy to visit the numerous resort bar and grills. Love the Dunes House especially! About a 10 minute walk to the beach with kids and accompanying paraphernalia. Rental fees are reasonable but the additional resort fees and cleaning fees are not! Be sure to plan for a 15-20 minute drive to get in and out of Palmetto Dunes.

Lovely home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the home. The home was clean and comfortable. HHI had 4 weeks of rain prior to our visit. The cushions on the chairs in the screened in porch were dotted with black mold and porch and garage woodwork had mold. The property needed cleaning on the exterior of the home and porch and interior garage.

Full Sweep Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: This house is in a great location. 5 minute bike ride to the beach. 10 minute bike ride to the general store, pickleball, tennis courts. Great view of the lagoon and golf course. The house was clean.Cons: if you have kids, beware you cannot lock the front or back door from the inside. The back door doesn't even have a lock, just a flimsy piece of PVC to block the sliding door. Mosquitos are terrible at this house - the left side of the house (where you wash off sand) is swarming. Bring your deep woods deet. Also, be prepared for almost no supplies. This house didn't even have salt & pepper in the kitchen. And there wasn't enough toilet paper, paper towels, or dish cleaning supplies for just a week. For the price, this was disappointing.The cheap clothes washer broke while we were there, forcing us to hand-wash clothing and be present for two maintenance appointments, neither of which led to a repair. We were refunded a small portion to make up for this, but it was a major inconvenience.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect home for a family get together. Only concerns: the front door (with keypad) can easily be opened from the inside by a 3-year old and the sliding door to porch doesn’t have a lock (it is secured by plastic tube inserted into the door grooves). Overall a great vacation and we are hoping to rent the property again next year. PS, I rated cleanliness a “4” because the little fishing dock was covered in bird poop and we had to rinsed it down before letting anyone on it I understand that birds visit there everyday - we rinsed the dock a number of times, but it would be nice to have it clean for new arrivals.

Nice and quiet

Enjoyed the place. Quiet and could fish right out the back. Spacious and convenient. Like being able to go to Shelter Cove, directly across the street.

Less than expected

We rented the house for four (4) nights. I'm glad that it was no more. The house wasn't very clean with lots of dust piled on certain items and bugs and cobwebs in the corner. You could easily tell that the housekeeping has been performed in a hurried manner for quite some time. The shower glass looked as though it had never been cleaned. Several light bulbs were burned out. There were extra pillows in each bedroom but no pillow cases for them. There were microscopic ants on the vanity in the master bathroom. The outside was in a very unkept state. Lots of debris and no routine maintenance was evident. We are not sure if the owners are aware of how poorly their investment property is being cared for, but there is great room for improvement.
