Our homes come stocked with all your basic cooking supplies. A Smart TV, and free WIFI for streaming your favorite apps. Basic cleaning supplies and toiletries are also provided.

3 bedrooms up, 2 bedrooms down and a full bathroom on each floor. Nice sized living room and another space downstairs with a second microwave and fridge.

The Space:
ENTRANCE: The main entrance is located on the side of the property along the driveway. There is a front door entrance where you can hang your coats.

KITCHEN/DINING: The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all your basic cooking needs including spices. There’s a microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, pots, pans, knives, and other cooking and dining essentials. Dining area has seating for up to 4 people. Second microwave and seating area located on the lower level bonus area.

LIVING ROOM: Roomy living room area and big bright windows, smart television that has access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and many other streaming services.

PRIMARY BEDROOM: Comfortable queen-sized bed. Lots of space to hang clothes in the double closet.

BEDROOMS: Comfortable queen-sized beds with bedside tables in all 5 bedrooms. All bedrooms have closet space and hangers to hang clothes. All bedrooms have extra blankets. Two bedrooms are located in the lower level of the home.

BATHROOM UPSTAIRS: Full bathroom with a tub/shower. Fully supplied with essential toiletries like soap, toilet paper, hair dryer, and more.

BATHROOM DOWNSTAIRS: Full bathroom with a tub/shower. This bathroom is a unique layout.

WASHER/DRYER: Washer and dryer are conveniently located on the lower level of the home and free to use during your stay. Laundry soap and dryer sheets provided.

WATER SOFTNER: This home has a water softener system installed.

SECOND LIVING ROOM/BONUS SPACE: Roomy living area located on the lower level providing a second table with seating for 3 people. Another microwave and refrigerator. A second smart television that has access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and many other streaming services.

PARKING: There is a free driveway parking for up to three vehicles, single lane. Free street parking is also available.

BACK YARD: Fully fenced and well maintained. Fire pit located outside. Fire wood can be provided.

PETS: Sorry, we do not allow pets at this property.

Guest Access:
The entire house is for your use. There is a locked linen/stock area for the cleaners to use to restock the property with supplies between stays. This is not for guest access.

Other Things to Note:
PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: In accordance to Airbnb's policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and this location is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of any exterior door.

PETS: Pet free home. Sorry, no pets allowed.
