The space
The complex is guarded 24 hours. On the ground floor there is "Bank of Georgia", a store "Europroduct". Near the house there is a 24-hour supermarket "Fresco" with a large selection of products, ready-made dishes and everything you need for everyday life. There is also a laundromat and a pharmacy in Fresco.
Two minutes walk from the house there is a stop from which almost all buses and minibuses go to historic old Tbilisi.

A two-minute walk from the house there is a stop from which almost all buses and minibuses go to the historical old Tbilisi.
It takes 5-7 minutes to get to the old town by transport. 15-20 minutes on foot. Most of this time you will walk along the alley along the embankment of the Mtkvari River and admire the famous Avlabari houses on the rocks
