1. Rental Policy:
We do not offer rentals to locals

2. Communication:
All communication will occur on the Airbnb platform for transparency.
Phone calls or texts are available from 6 pm to 8 am. For life-threatening issues, please call 911. During 6 pm to 8 am, refrain from contacting Airbnb and requesting to speak to the HOST, as we also need rest.
3. House Rules:
Our rules are strictly enforced.
4. Accommodation Details:
The house is prepared for the maximum number of guests allowed.
- Bedding: Please refrain from removing the mattress and pillow protectors. Bed setups include:
* King-sized bed: King quilt blanket, 2 king-sized pillows, 2 standard-sized pillows.
* Queen-sized bed: Queen quilt blanket, 2 standard-sized pillows.
* Full-sized bed: Queen quilt blanket, 2 standard-sized pillows.
* Twin-sized bed: Twin quilt blanket, 1 standard-sized pillow.
- Bathroom provisions include towels, washcloths, hand towels, bathroom rugs, toilet paper, and shampoo/conditioner.
- Kitchen supplies consist of paper towels, a clean dish sponge, dish soap, kitchen towels, and adequate kitchenware and serving ware for the maximum guest capacity. Please note we do not provide specialty cookware or serve ware.
- Cleaning supplies are provided, and guests are encouraged to notify the host if any items are missing. Supplies are provided for at least 3 days, and guests should purchase more if needed.
5. Pool Maintenance:
Weekly cleaning service is scheduled and posted in the Welcome Guide. Outdoor pools may have leaves and pollen.
6. Lawn Maintenance:
Weekly lawn service is scheduled and posted in the Welcome Guide. The lawn care company does not notify guests of their service.
7. No Refunds for:
- Unforeseen repair or maintenance issues. The host will promptly respond with details on issue resolution.
- Unforeseen weather affecting pool or yard cleanliness.
- Presence of bugs in the house, as bugs are common in Florida due to the climate.
