Beautiful home

Really nice home, great for relaxing in a quiet shaded area. Indoor pool and Jacuzzi were refreshing.

Great for large families or friends

We stayed here over Presidents’ Day weekend. We were a large group of friends with kids. The location is close to several ski resorts and easily accessible being right off the highway. The pool, sauna and hot tub were thoroughly enjoyed by kids and adults alike.

Unfortunately, overall we were not thrilled with our stay at Andriy's rental. The property itself has a ton of potential but the owners seem to have not kept up with the maintenance the property needs. Starting with the good, the property was relatively clean and Andriy was responsive when we reached out about issues we encountered. The indoor pool and sauna were also nice.On to the bad, at check in, we realized the photos didn't quite match up to reality. One of the handles of the refrigerator door was broken and at one point completely came off. All of the chairs and furniture were very cheap and wobbly. We had a chair collapse on one of our guests. The "pool table and pong table" in the game room was fully unplayable with wobble, tilt, and broken paddles. There is a broken sliding door stuffed with paper towels to keep bugs out. The outdoor pool was green when we arrived and despite best efforts never cleared up to a point we could use it during our stay. On the second day we lost hot water and Andriy did send someone out 3 hours after I notified him but it was clear from the "fix" that it is a regular issue and the hot water heater needs to be maintained. The hot water went out again the morning we checked out as well but we did not get a fix in time before we left.Due to all of this we asked Andriy if we could get any kind of partial refund and he refused, accusing us of "looking for handouts". If you book here just be prepared to run into issues.

Cold and Mousey

The house looks beautiful in the photos but it is a facade. We arrived to a freezing cold house which we couldn’t get warm with all the various heaters on. The beds and couches were all hard as a rock. We had issues with heaters tripping breakers and the wifi going down. Worst of all there was tons of mouse poop in the kitchen drawers. The pool area was nice but unfortunately not worth the money
