The open kitchen, with its central island, integrates perfectly with the dining room and living room, where a gas fireplace adds a cosy touch. It's the perfect place to spend time together, whether cooking, laughing or relaxing with family and friends.

On this floor, you'll find a 3-season solarium, ideal for prolonging convivial moments and enjoying the natural surroundings, even when summer's over.

The master suite, with its king-size bed and private bathroom with freestanding bathtub and shower, is a true cocoon for relaxing after a busy day.

There are also two further bedrooms with queen-size beds and a second bathroom with shower in the basement, as well as a washer-dryer area for added practicality on a daily basis.

The finished basement is a real plus: a large family room, a sitting area with sofa (which converts to 2 single or one king-size bed), a bar area for relaxed moments, and even a foosball table for lively games with friends or family!

The grounds, currently being landscaped, offer privacy in a superbly peaceful natural setting. A true haven of peace, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet, the facilities and the natural surroundings.
