The Condo

This newly constructed mountain modern condo boasts some of the finest views in the valley. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, and a luxurious bathroom. The balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon drink while soaking up the Colorado sunshine and admiring the ski slope views. The bedroom features a king-sized bed, luxury bedding, and towels. For additional guests, the living room provides a comfortable and practical pull-out queen-sized bed.

Skiing and snowboarding couldn't be easier with the ski valet service conveniently located by the gondola. After putting on your boots in the cozy valet room, you can hop on the Riverfront Gondola to reach the base of Bachelor Gulch, which is linked to Beaver Creek Mountain. There's also a complimentary shuttle available if you'd like to explore the renowned Vail or Beaver Creek Villages for shopping or dining.
For a more tranquil spot to unwind, the lobby near Ski River Escape features a private lounge where you can relax and enjoy amenities like a pool table, shuffleboard, and classic games.
If skiing or snowboarding isn't your thing, don't worry. There's plenty to do within walking distance.

Location

Riverfront Village is the newest and trendiest spot in Vail Valley, located right in the heart of the Vail Valley within the Town of Avon. It's a lively, walkable, and active mountain community. The Town of Avon offers a variety of fun activities for kids, families, neighbors, and friends throughout the year. You can enjoy the Eagle River, which has a winding running/biking path that stretches for miles.
Nottingham Park and Lake, a 48-acre outdoor haven with a vast children's park and beach, is just a 10-minute walk. You can rent a SUP or paddleboat, play beach volleyball, or enjoy live music at the Amphitheater.
Food enthusiasts will love the Vail Valley's fantastic culinary options in Vail, Avon, Beaver Creek, and Edwards.
The Eagle River, right outside your door, offers a peaceful path. It's never crowded, and if you enjoy fishing, this location is perfect.

There's no need to rent a car, as the resort offers a private free shuttle service to Beaver Creek Village (5 minutes) and Vail (15 minutes) every hour, depending on the time of year. Colorado Mountain Express can transport you to/from the Eagle (EGE) (preferred) or Denver (DEN) airport to the resort's doorstep.

IMPORTANT

Check in is at 4pm during Management office hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM seven days a week (subject to seasonal scheduling changes).

At check-in all guests must swipe a valid credit card.

After-hours check-ins can be arranged during business hours prior to check-in with key pick up from a lock box in the Riverfront Lodge lobby vestibule.

Per the Riverfront HOA, all rental guests must pay a one-time Resort Fee of 75 USD and 60 USD per night, which is customary for 4.5/5 star resorts. It provides your group with the full amenity package including shuttle service, high-speed internet, and access to Westin’s ski valet and Athletic Club for locker rooms, pool, and hot tubs. Classes through the Athletic Club at the Westin are not included in the Resort Fee. The resort fee is not waived if guests are not accessing these services.
