This charming 4-bedroom sanctuary with its own private pool, is situated alongside the 6th hole of the highly rated Cave Creek Golf Course in north phoenix. This centrally located gem not only offers breathtaking views but also features a spacious outdoor entertainment area, complete with an array of games for your enjoyment.
This property is conveniently located just a stone`s throw away from both I-17 and the 101, providing swift access to the attractions in Greater Phoenix & Scottsdale.
Step into this remarkable abode, where you`ll be greeted by an immaculate interior that exudes elegance and comfort. The sprawling greatroom boasts vaulted ceilings, gleaming tile flooring, and soft, natural lighting that bathes the space in warmth. Adding to the charm are elegant light fixtures, a cozy fireplace, pot shelving, and a design that`s perfect for both relaxation and entertainment.
Imagine spending quality time in the living room, where an impressive 86` TV takes center stage, and a convenient mini bar is at your service. It`s a space designed for gathering with friends and family, ensuring you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies in style.
As you move to the open kitchen, you`ll find granite countertops, an island, and a breakfast bar, making meal preparation a breeze. The heart of this home, the master retreat, invites you to unwind with its own 75` TV and a dedicated sound system, perfect for indulging in a good movie or simply relaxing. With a private ensuite and a separate patio entrance/exit, you may find it hard to leave this sanctuary.
The large backyard is a haven of relaxation, with a partially covered patio with fire pit, Grill and wrought iron fencing that offers unobstructed views of the golf course, creating a serene backdrop for your outdoor activities.

You will have full access to the entire property.

Uber, Waymo, and Lyft are all available here as well as taxi, local bus and Turo.
House Rules:
Please no additional guests other than the ones staying. There can be exceptions made but please contact me to arrange. Violating this will be a $200 dollar charge per person per day.
**Please Note: Any excessive cleaning required is $50 per hour.
Tampering with security equipment is grounds for immediate cancellation of the booking
No Animals*** Should you bring an animal after violating the house rules you will be asked to leave the premises.
No smoking/vaping or drug use! This is a zero tolerance policy. Should you violate this there will be a $500 dollar fine and for every piece of evidence of smoking/drug use I will charge $25 dollars additionally (ashtrays, cigarette butts, Illegal substances)
NO PARTIES/events... No exceptions. Should you have a party you will be asked to leave and there will be no refund.
If there are any noise complaints or the police are called you could be asked to leave with no refund.
Late checkout`s can be arranged (when available) but will be an additional $100 dollar fee and they must be requested 24-48 hours in advance. Emergencies happen just let me know as soon as possible :) $150 charge to guest(s) still on property after check-out time to respect proper cleaning time for arrival of next guests. Cleaning crew WILL enter home at 11 AM to clean. Anyone still in the house two hours after checkout will then pay that days base rate (without discounts, this does not grant you access to the property for the day.) If we have to refund another guest due to you staying in the property, you will reimburse us for any refunds given. (Note: any damage resulting in blocking days off in the calendar will result in you paying the days rate for however many days it took to restore the property)
No crypto mining on premises, should it be found that this is happening you will be asked to leave and no refund issued.
