We use a smart lock for seamless entry, and your unique code will be sent to you prior to your stay. You’ll have full access to the entire house during your visit! Please note, there is an owner’s closet located upstairs in one of the bedrooms that is not accessible to guests. Ample street parking is available directly in front of and around the property.

We welcome 1 furry companion upto 50lbs. Additional non-refundable pet fee of $100 will be applied.
Please use dog beds (not provided) and please protect all the furnishing.
Please clean up pet waste from the yard.

Located in the heart of Frankfort, many of the shops, restaurants, cafes and bars are located in walking distance. Having a car makes it convenient to get around. Ubers are also available.

- Fireplace is for display only. It's not operable.
- Trash cans are located on the right side of the property.
- Fence door must be kept closed at all times.
- Rear door lock is not smart, please lock that all times.
- Downstairs and Upstairs have smart thermostats, these will be configured to maintain 70 degrees at all times.
- To enhance the protection, there is a Ring doorbell camera at the front door, and there is a camera on the rear door. Both of these cameras are pointing towards the street and record audio and video. They are placed for your safety and safety of our property. Please be assured these are configured for your privacy and they do not have visibility into any interior space or the backyard containing the hot tub.
