This stunning oceanfront home, designed by North Carolina architect Jim Willis, offers the perfect coastal retreat. Nestled among majestic live oaks, the property provides direct access to the beach, allowing you to enjoy the sound of the waves and the beauty of the shoreline.
Inside, the open-concept living area is flooded with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Exposed cypress beams add a touch of charm. The spacious living area flows seamlessly into the kitchen featuring ample counter space, perfect for cooking family meals or entertaining guests. The layout is perfect for both relaxing and hosting, with plenty of room to spread out.
The master bedroom offers a peaceful sanctuary with an ensuite bathroom for added privacy and comfort. Two additional bedrooms provide plenty of space for family or guests, while a second full bathroom ensures everyoneâs needs are met.
Step outside to the expansive deck where outdoor seating invites you to relax, dine, and take in the forest canopy. An outdoor shower provides the perfect way to rinse off after a day spent on the beach, enhancing the homeâs coastal vibe.
Pet-friendly and designed practicality in mind, this home is ideal for those seeking a peaceful beach getaway with all the comforts of home. Whether you're exploring the beach, or enjoying time with loved ones, this oceanfront haven offers the perfect blend of convenience, and natural beauty.
BED CONFIGURATIONS:
1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, and 2 Twin Beds
WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.
