Windsor Cay Resort is a gated community in Clermont, perfectly located with easy access to outlets, restaurants, and supermarkets, ensuring a comfortable stay for our guests.
***Please note that the clubhouse is currently under construction. In the meantime, guests are welcome to use the clubhouse at Windsor Island while Windsor Cay's amenities are being finalized. Resort registration is required.

Upstairs, discover a charming living room where nostalgia meets fun, complete with a Pac-Man arcade game and a TV. Among the 4 additional bedrooms, two are spacious suites, offering privacy and comfort for all your guests. The other two are beautifully themed rooms: one inspired by the magical world of Harry Potter and the other by the timeless charm of Mickey Mouse. Impeccably designed, these rooms are sure to make fans go wild with excitement! Each room has been thoughtfully decorated with your comfort in mind, ensuring a truly memorable stay.

Outside, a gorgeous covered lanai with comfortable seating offers a perfect place to slow down with a cool drink and a delicious BBQ. Enjoy the privacy of your private pool, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the Florida sun after a long day of adventures. Your dream vacation begins here!

Once completed, it will offer a range of facilities, including a Community Room for meetings and activities, a Fitness Center, a Resort-Style Pool with zero-entry access, a lazy river, a Children's Splash Pad, Sports Courts, Water Slides, Cabanas, an Onsite Tavern and Grill, a Community Playground, and a 9-hole putt-putt golf course.This place enjoys a prime location that is close to theme and water parks, shopping outlets, restaurants, supermarkets, music venues, and many tourist attractions.

Guests can also enjoy natural attractions, adventure sports and much more, ensuring themselves and their family of an unforgettable, entertainment-filled vacation.

Guests can park two cars in the driveway. There are parking spaces marked with white lines near the Clubhouse.

We pride ourselves on providing pristine, high-quality essentials for your utmost comfort and satisfaction. WELCOME PACKAGE: We provide a starter kit as a courtesy for your first day. Our starter kit contains:

*Please note that we do not offer washcloths, considering them very personal items. We recommend that you and your guests bring any additional items for an even more enjoyable trip!

POOL HEATING: USD $50.00/day. The optional pool heater service must be ordered and paid before our service personnel can turn it on. We suggest ordering pool heat prior (24 hours) to your arrival.

Disclaimer:
No specific pool temperature is guaranteed by this service. During and after cold fronts, or in winter general when days are short, pool heaters may struggle or even be unable to keep the water at the same temperature until the weather gets warmer.

Without optional pool heat pool temperatures can go down to 52 to 60°F in December to March depending on the weather. The pool heater will help to warm up the pool faster when it gets warmer outside, however, you should not expect “bathtub temperatures” during or after Florida winter cold fronts or cold nights.

Unfortunately, we are unable to activate/deactivate pool heater on short notices or provide refunds for previously ordered pool heater service.

We reserve the right to make pool heat unavailable at any time for maintenance or repairs. In case of a technical malfunction, we will refund the pool heat charge for the time the heating service was not available to you. No further credit will be given if pool equipment fails or is unavailable for any reason.

HOUSEKEEPING: Although there is no daily housekeeping, the unit is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before your check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee. Your comfort is our priority!

ONLINE SHOPPING: You can shop online during your stay but some delivery services may not accommodate deliveries to vacation resorts. Please contact us before placing orders.
