With so much space there is room for everyone, so enjoy the company of friends and family. The balcony overlooks the pool, tennis court, marina, and the St. Thomas Yacht Club (it's just next door). But what you will enjoy most on this balcony are the stunning sunrises and sunsets.
This condo features a primary oceanfront bedroom, a 2nd bedroom, plus two bathrooms. There is a washer/dryer located near the kitchen. Central air conditioning cools the entire condo, but once you experience the ocean breeze that flows freely thru each room, you likely won't need it.

Other features include parking, fitness center, covered balcony, the proximity to Red Hook, with its restaurants, nightlife, duty-free shopping, and ferries to St. John.
