Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, migrating as a teenager to the US taught me many things, and one of those things was hard work to achieve the American dream. For me that dream was the possibility of giving my family a comfortable place to live both in the US and in the Dominican Republic. With mortgages is hard to say I own anything, but I hope to one day be debt free, and then I'll say I achieved that dream!

It is conveniently located very close to the Puerto Plata International Airport for non-stop travel to many destinations, and this particularly location of Sosua has been for many years a huge attraction for locals as well as travelers wanting to escape and relax but also have local interactions with nature, culture and fun all combined.

After much homework and considering personal factors, my family and I opted for this property because it is located in one of the most prestigious projects located in the Dominican Republic.
