This convenient first-floor unit comes fully equipped with important amenities and some: Brand new AC equipment in every room, large QLED TVs in all rooms, electric range/oven combo, AirFryer, microwave, secure safe box, coffee machine with complimentary coffee packs, tea kettle, dishwasher, side by side washer and dryer, and a USB-C workstation featuring a 34" curbed monitor, keyboard, and mice.

For me that dream was the possibility of giving my family a comfortable place to live both in the US and in the Dominican Republic. With mortgages is hard to say I own anything, but I hope to one day be debt free, and then I'll say I achieved that dream!

It is conveniently located very close to the Puerto Plata International Airport for non-stop travel to many destinations, and this particularly location of Sosua has been for many years a huge attraction for locals as well as travelers wanting to escape and relax but also have local interactions with nature, culture and fun all combined.
