This place was amazing! When I walked in it was clean and a cozy and homey feel and u could smell the clean! It was spotless and the game room was the best I have seen and we have stayed at a lot rentals. I would highly recommend. Definitely a 10 out of 10

The views the entire area around there the Clearwater everything was gorgeous. The house was clean pretty well equipped with necessities. A lot of steep stairs and water access was tricky with loose rocks and such that some people may not be able to navigate. But the Little Sandy Beach and dock and kayaks were very enjoyable. And our host was very attentive and accommodating.

The entire listing is misleading. All of the stairs outside are sketchy. Driveway is narrow and steep. Broken windows. Dirty appliances with food left on them. Owner waits 4 days until you're halfway there a few hours before check in to tell you there's an extra pet fee. Not one single apology.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We want future guests to have accurate information. The dock visible in some photos is the neighbor’s dock and is not an amenity of this cabin. We stated this before arrival and confirmed that guests have lake access from the beach, along with the bouncing tube and paddle boards that are provided. A private dock is not listed as an included amenity. Our listing states a one-pet limit (dogs or cats under 50 lbs). House rules welcome well-behaved pets and note that an additional quiet, house-trained pet may be approved with a fee. We take cleanliness seriously. Our team uses organic products on every turnover and prepares the cabin so it is neat and ready for the next guest. We appreciate every guest who treats the cabin and our neighbors with care, and we remain committed to providing a clean, accurately described stay. The Empire Legacy Team

House was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and showers were hot. Game room was good even though we were sad that the arcade game was broken. Fire pit and lake side beach was nice. Driveway was a little steep so we were glad we had the truck. Tvs in most every room. Our stay was great.
