Wonderful place for our ski vacation

Property was very clean and had enough rooms for all of us. Bus route just in front of the condo was very convenient. Only suggestion is to have a bigger pot for making spaghetti enough for 8 people.

Great Condo!

This was a perfect condo for a few days ski vacation for 3 couples! Each couple had their own room and bathroom (one room is a loft but still pretty private). The kitchen is a little small but works perfectly. The underground parking for one car was also extremely nice when it’s cold and snowy outside. It was about a 5min drive to Main St and also to Mountain Village. We would stay here again!

Perfect family ski vacation place!

I booked this so far in advance and am glad I did. Everything was ideal for our group of 5 adults (mom, dad, and 3 adult children). Everyone had their own space and bathroom. Great accommodations close to walkable restaurants and easy-to-navigate free Park City bus service to Deer Valley and to Main St. We did a combo of eating out and making simple dinners in. Cynthia's communications were quick and effective. There was a snafu with an erroneous parking ticket upon our departure which she cleared up for us right away! I will look up her place again when we return next time!

Nice place in a great location

We loved this cozy condo. Distance to the lifts and downtown. The shuttle is right in front of the complex. The condo is clean and get everything we needed! We had a great time!

Great place to stay with a family. Close to PCMR and some fantastic restaurants. The beds are horrible! There is one bathroom that has been remodeled, but the other two are very outdated.the kitchen is very well equipped. We had a wonderful stay!

Ski trip

The condo was very nice with ample room for 4 as long as two sleep together. Close to very fun restaurants. 10 minute drive to slopes. Great AC/heat thermostats in every room and nice TVs. Nice table for family games. The showers were nice but the water got only like warm. The host was super responsive.

Excellent location and stay!

Our group of 3 friends each and a bedroom and bathroom which fit our needs perfectly. The location is excellent with easy shuttle service to the base of PC mountain, PC Main Street or Deer Valley. Parking was a breeze -nice to have covered parking so no snow clean off. Elevator to floor was nice when needed. Hot tub worked flawlessly. Quick and responsive/caring responses to inquiry about unit while there. More than expected paper products onsite when we arrived which was nice - comfortable living /TV area (as shown in photo). A great stay!

Nice place.

The condo is nice. It is great for a friends weekend. . It’s in a good location. We didn’t have any big issues. A few items that need attention though: some of the outlets don’t work. The washing machine trips the breaker and the humidifier doesn’t work. CB

Solid ski rental condo for a good price

Stayed with my partner and another couple for a ski long weekend, the condo worked well for us. Inside is nicely renovated. Rooms are small but very functional. Outside is pretty dated (needs a new coat of paint and some dirtiness outside), which didn’t impact us much. The bus system that picks up right outside works but can be unpredictable on timing. It was a good space for two couples. The upstairs room is better suited for kids since there’s no door. Hosts were flexible on check out / check in which was appreciated

Anything but luxury. Property dirty and not available at check in

We couldn’t get into the property until 17:15 as cleaners were still in. Couldn’t park in designated spot as cleaners in it Sheets were clean but blankets needed cleaning and smelt Bathmat and bathroom were very dirty and not been cleaned properly Couch was uncomfortable

The place was nice & fit our needs. Very disappointed that a large ski locker & silver mountain club was advertised several times in the description. We contacted the property manager & were told we couldn't use the ski locker & told we had to pay for the club. Also the hot tub was out of service, these were all key items I looked for when booking our place for a group of 7& was very disappointed. The place & rooms were very accommodating for our group

A nice condo but you'll need a car

We enjoyed our stay in Park City. The condo is spacious, everything was working properly, plenty of spare linens and soft towels. The kitchen was small but well-equipped. Boot/glove warmers were handy, so were the washer/dryer. The shower and the master bathroom itself were very spacious and modern. However, I would not recommend relying on the city bus system to get to the ski resort if you have kids in ski school. There is indeed a bus stop right next to the condo but that #5 line doesn't go to the main Park City Mountain resort. The line that does (#3) is a ~400-yard hike away which may be a nice walk in the summer but very hard with small kids in winter. The bus stop for the return is closer. Buses come every 20 minutes and occasionally may be full departing from the mountain, so if you don't have a car - going to the Park City Mountain resort will not be easy. Regarding restaurants, you may be able to walk to some but grocery shopping will require a car or an Uber.

Great property, poor communication

This is a great place to stay! It's in a perfect location and slept two couples and three adult/teenage kids perfectly! I gave this a poor rating only because of the communication. Our plane was severely delayed into Salt Lake City so we didn't get to the condo until 2 in the morning. The email I got with the front door code did not get us in the door. When I called the number I was given, I got the previous owner who had not owned the property in over a year he told me. Luckily he had a code that got is in the door. Later in our stay there was a ceiling leak. Again, the only number I had was the old owner, who was very helpful in getting me another number. The owner eventually called me back, but acted a little bit like it was my fault I had the wrong information somehow because she said she sent the right information. I have never been to Park City and would not have just magically had the number to the old owner. Later the property manager called me and he was very nice, but the whole situation was frustrating.
