Mysig tall stuga på privat mycket. Central till historiska Castine, Stonington, South Surry, Blue Hill, Bar Harbor och Acadia National Park. Rullstolsanpassas om det behövs. Vattenåtkomst är en tre minuters promenad till vackra Toddy Pond och är perfekt för kanoter och kajaker. Två kajaker plus flytvästar ingår med hyra. En brygga, perfekt för fiske, ligger på kanten av en vik full av fåglar och djurliv. Vandring, cykling och alla utomhusaktiviteter ett plus och Great Pond Mountain Wildlife Park ligger i närheten. Absolutely adorable cabin perfect for a quiet place to land after a busy day exploring . Close enough to visit the many beautiful sights yet it is not in the busy areas. If you love a country setting this is your dream place. Everything we needed was available. The host was very nice. Definitely would stay again if we make to Maine.

Awanagjo is everything one could ask for on a home away from home. Quiet setting on a lake where you can do as much or as little as you want on a vacation to Maine. Highlight was the hummingbirds. I loved the use of Kayaks. Most of our time was spent hiking in Acadia National Park. About an hour drive to most places in the Park. It was nice to come back to the Cabin after the crowds and traffic encountered in the park. If you like seafood there is multiple places in which to get it close by. I would definitely come back if we ever find ourselves coming to Acadia again in the future. The host is close by and very receptive to any questions you might need help with.

Maine Honeymoon

Beautiful, rustic cottage with waterfront and proximity to both Acadia and Bangor. We loved it for a special getaway.

First time visitors

This property had everything we needed for a weeks stay. It was close to many of the places we wanted to visit. Hosts were lovely people who answered questions promptly, and even let us borrow a cooler of theirs for a day trip, since we arrived by plane. Would recommend

Cabin on Toddy Pond

The cabin is your home away from home. It has all the amenities you could think of. It was so peaceful sitting in the screened in porch watching the hummingbirds and seeing the water in the distance. Very clase to Bar Harbor and Acadia.

Perfect Cottage Getaway

We had such a wonderful, relaxing and fun experience staying at Nancy's Cabin. The Cabin itself was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was glorious. There is a small Main Street town in Ellsworth close by for drinks and food. And of course, in every direction there is Lobstah!

Weekend getaway

My best friend and I enjoyed a weekend get-away in Maine. The cabin was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! The kayaks were a nice bonus! The property owner was very sweet. This was my favorite VRBO house so far, and I do hope to come back!
