Nestled near New Smyrna Dunes Park, this home offers convenient access to eight acres of conservation preserves, a scenic boardwalk, and a pet-friendly beach. Minutes away, Flagler Avenue awaits with its vibrant shopping, dining, and entertainment scene. Perfect for multiple families or groups, this retreat blends luxury, modern amenities, and an unbeatable location.
Living Room, Kitchen, and Dining Rooms
Enter the inviting main level, where vaulted ceilings and natural light set the tone for relaxation. The formal dining room, complete with a grand piano, is perfect for hosting special occasions. The living room features plush seating, a decorative fireplace, a smart TV, and sliding doors to the expansive patio. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything needed for cooking and entertaining, from a standard coffee maker to a crockpot.
