Your home away from home in Cape Coral with 3 bedrooms and two baths and garage. This excellent house features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds, perfect for a pleasant stay. Enjoy the soothing jetted bathtub and unwind in the cozy living space. This large kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances you will need. The electric heated pool keeps it enjoyable year round. This southern exposure lanai keeps our sun shing on you, when you want it. Book now and enjoy everything this house has to offer. This property has everything you will want to enjoy the beautiful Southwest Florida area. This home is on a canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico, and beyond. A fisherman's ideal location. Near Sanibel and Captiva Islands by boat or car and close to restaurants, entertainment and shops. For the boaters, there is a dock where you can tie up your boat with water and electric at the dock. Please let us know if you plan to tie a boat up on the property. Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach beckon! There, you can enjoy beautiful beaches, the Sanibel light house and some of the best shelling in the world. Get there early and you'll find the shells that have become exposed from the previous tide, truly amazing finds. Bring some beach chairs (provided) and a cooler (provided) and you are set for a relaxing day at the beach! Also, Ding Darling National Wildlife Preserve is there for the exploring. On the "near side" of Sanibel, Ding Darling is an amazing display of waterfowl and biodiversity. Keep traveling north and you ll find more adventure awaiting on Captiva Island and beyond!!! For more activities don't forget Ft Myers Beach and downtown Ft Myers with great restaurants and live music.

Great house. Large, well-equipped and very nice. The AC was not working when we arrived, but it was repaired by the owner immediately. We enjoyed our stay.
