The property neighborhood is so quiet. Very relaxing being at the pool or in the hot tub. We had no such a relaxing time. The grill works great too! I would stay there again!

We visit this part of Florida every year and a half to spend time with friends, so when planning our latest trip to Spring Hill, we didn't hesitate to book this property again. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and right at home. The house is spotless, beautifully maintained, and truly designed for relaxation. My friend and I absolutely loved the pool area, while my husband spent most of his time going back and forth between the pool and the hot tub. We were lucky to have gorgeous weather during our stay, so we spent countless hours lounging by the pool, playing games, enjoying snacks, and unwinding on the patio. As someone who loves to cook, I especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. There was more than enough cookware and kitchen equipment to prepare meals. We also thought adding TVs in the bedrooms was a great touch, making it easy for everyone to relax at the end of the day. It's the little details that make this property stand out. The adorable star stickers on the toilet paper rolls made us smile, and my husband was thrilled that garbage pickup occurred twice a week. Thoughtful touches like these, combined with the immaculate condition of the home and pool space, made for a wonderful stay.We had an amazing time and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing getaway in the Spring Hill area. We can't wait to return! Sandy/Tracy/Scott

The house was perfect for our family weekend getaway. Felt like home away from home and was pleasantly surprised that they offered fresh coffee for the coffee maker that was a nice little bonus.

I had a wonderful stay at this VRBO while visiting my daughter in Spring Hill this January. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the entire experience seamless. The home was very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The pool area and hot tub were beautiful and clearly well cared for. Although the weather was a bit too chilly to enjoy the pool, the hot tub was a perfect place to relax in the evenings.Overall, it was a fantastic stay. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this property to others visiting the area.

Great rental for a family of 4. We loved the pool, hot tub, and the patio area. I also really appreciated the extra touches like coffee maker, coffee supplies, first aid kit, bandaids, and plenty of towels. We plan to return!

Great little place in the middle of a variety of things to do

Clean, well laid out, smaller house but felt homey and safe. Like some other guests have said, neighborhood looks a little shady at first but saw zero signs of trouble, crime etc. Check in was easy and close to plenty of things to do (restaurants, activities) and also close to the non-city life too (10-15 minutes). Would highly recommend. Pool with lanai and

Loved our week at this Weeki Wachi Oasis!! It was just as advertised and exactly what we wanted! Screened in pool and hot tub area was exceptional! Clean and comfortable sturdy patio furniture! Pool was on the cooler side but it is still cool at night down there. But the Hot Tub was perfect! Probably our favorite feature! Loved that it is reasonably priced and pet friendly! Pet fee is way less than others I checked! Perfect for dogs with the fenced potty area with a privacy screen on the fence! Quiet neighborhood! Felt safe! Lori was an amazingly efficient host! We had a blast! Thank you for sharing your Florida home with us! Can’t wait to stay again in the future!

Comfy Cottage

Everything you need is provided. Full coffee setup (drip maker), quality paper products, utensils, and dishware. High end appliances and family sized water heater. Our family of 5 slept very well and praised the comfortable beds and furnishings. Very clean, including pool and hot tub. Close to everything you might need or want, including urgent care. Host was flexible and allowed us to add two days on short notice. Great stay!
