Step inside to experience modern luxury and ultimate comfort. The home offers two private suites, each with its own en-suite bathroom, along with spacious living areas, a dining room, and a half-bath on the main floor.

Room Breakdown
Staircase:
A unique Y-shaped staircase leads to the two private suites upstairs. Please note that the stairs may not be suitable for young children or elderly guests.

Bedroom 1: King Suite
- Unique bathroom featuring an oversized walk-in glass rainfall shower.
- Spacious bedroom with a memory foam king bed.
Note: The bathroom is open to the bedroom with no door separating the two spaces.

Bedroom 2: Queen Suite
- Cozy room with a memory foam queen bed and a small nook for clothing and luggage.
-The en-suite bathroom offers a minimalist, moody design with a 36”x36” walk-in shower.
Note: Like the King Suite, the bathroom is open to the bedroom without a separating door.

Main Floor:
Relax in the stylish living room, complete with comfortable furniture, a 55” LED Smart TV, and an electric fireplace for cozy evenings. The dining room, with seating for four, flows seamlessly into the living area.

A fully equipped modern kitchen awaits, featuring a 5-burner Samsung convection gas range, a Samsung smart refrigerator that can play your favorite tunes, and a coffee maker with complimentary pods. Prefer pour-over coffee? A dripper is also available if you'd like to bring your own beans or pick some up locally.

Additional Amenities:
Guests have full access to the townhome, including the unfinished basement, where the washer and dryer are located.

- PARKING: This home features street parking only and is typically available right out front or within a short walk from the property.
- Shared Property: This is a duplex with a shared wall. The owner resides in a private residence on the property and is available for dining recommendations, sightseeing tips, or any guest needs.
- Outdoor Space: While there is no backyard entertainment area, the space is accessible if needed.
- Windows & Climate: The home features its original single-pane windows. To ensure your comfort, fans and space heaters are provided.
