Centrally-located vacation getaway. Just 20-30 minutes away from Orlando theme parks! This cozy lake house is the perfect family getaway with access to a private lake. Enjoy the Theme parks, Lake Van or visit the beaches on either coast of Florida. This is our families getaway place! Very comfortable, beautiful surroundings

Very quaint classic Florida neighborhood. The home is beautifully updated, comfortable and has everything you need for a wonderful experience. Auburndale has a very nice downtown

Small House In Auburndale

The house was clean, communication was excellent with the host. Overall the place was good for us. In amenities it lists Foosball, pool table, and air hockey. These were not available so probably should be taking off of the amenities list. Mosquitoes are heavy outside the front door, but it is next to a lake, so that is to be expected. Beds in second bedroom are more for kids than adults. We were there to work at an event in the area, so it worked out fine for us.

Good budget-friendly option

This house is a good option, especially for families on a budget. Although small, it has everything that you need. The hosts do a great job of making guests feel welcome.

Hi, my name is Aaron! My wife and I, along with her sister Gabriela and husband Ezekiel, bought this place as our vacation spot to come to and enjoy all the fun that Florida has to offer. We are from Utah, but love to come to Florida to vacation and to escape the cold from time to time. We have set this home up for us, and hope to share it with you as you vacation as well. We hope you can enjoy it as we do often!

We bought this place near Auburndale because it is centrically located, 20-30 minutes away from most theme parks in Orlando (traffic pending), and just a few minutes from the I-4 Freeway.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

There is a canal in the backyard with a boat ramp that leads to Lake Van! We love to go out on the lake to fish and canoe. Lake Van is a private lake with no public access so we pretty much have the whole lake to ourselves... The fishing is AWESOME!!!
