Our ten (10) units: The Condo, The Suite, The Cottage, The Fern Cottage, The Palm Cottage, The Rose Cottage, Villa Sky, Villa Coco, The Studio and The Efficiency, are the perfect location for families and individuals who yearn the typical island feel to their vacation. It is laid back and a refreshing break from all the glitz and glamour of the typical resorts in Grace Bay.
Our units are set within a well manicured garden, filled with majestic swaying palms and a tropical profusion of flowers, in a quiet, secluded cul-de-sac.
Enjoy the sound of waves, gently slapping on the shore, or the feel of the warm, tropical breeze on your skin while lounging, dining or barbecuing by the pool, while sipping on your favorite drink. The Palm Cottage (550 sq. ft.), is one of our newest units and is located alongside the pool. It is a Studio unit bedroom (king bed)/1 bathroom unit on the second floor of the duplex. It comprises of a large porch, kitchen and dining in one, with a full bathroom (shower) and full kitchen. It is modern, self contained and well equipped.
