New condo not ready for guests

This condo is not up to standards for this price point. Issues we had:Dishes left in dishwasher.No paper products or hand towel in kitchen.Dryer broken so could not wash towels/clothes.No towels or wash cloths in either bathroom.We had to clean hair from guest shower because water would not drain and soaked the floor.Dirty underwear left in master dresser drawer.Only certain pans worked on the stove. No instructions provided.No broom, vacuum or mop to clean floor.Owner kept apologizing but nothing offered for all the inconveniences.

Incredible NEW Property on Singer Island!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful BRAND NEW condo on Singer Island in Palm Beach! This is an owner’s unit, but the property has a few floors of hotel rooms, so it offers the unique combination of quiet privacy along with the great service and amenities you’d get with a high end hotel. We spent a good amount of time in the lobby which boasts a bar with lots of areas to relax with drinks/apps, a separate coffee/smoothie bar, and a nice upscale/casual restaurant all overlooking the ocean and pool. The unit was impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and super comfortable. The view of the ocean from the balcony was breathtaking as this unit is only one back from being ocean front! The beach is steps away with easy access and plenty of chairs/towels provided by the courteous staff. The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances made it easy to cook meals, and the living area was cozy and perfect for family time.The Amrit’s location is unbeatable – close to all the great restaurants, shopping, and outdoor activities, but still peaceful and private. The hosts always provided prompt responses ensuring that we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. This condo was truly a gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Palm Beach. We will definitely be back!
