âą Parking: Park in the graveled area in front of the studio apartment.
âą Shoes: Remove shoes indoors or ensure they are free of dirt to help keep the home clean.
âą Overnight Guests: Visiting guests not on the reservation require prior approval.
âą Smoking: Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please collect and dispose of cigarette butts.
âą Firewood for the fireplace is available if you're interested in wood heat. If not, there is amble baseboard heat.
Pet Policy (for Travelers with Animals)
âą This home is not pet friendly; sorry no exceptions.

âą Damages: Guests will be charged for stained towels, linens, or damages beyond standard wear and tear.

Growing up in Baker City, we share a deep appreciation for this town and the
surrounding area. Our coffee company, Sorbenots Coffee, is deeply rooted in the
community and our fresh roasted coffee is provided at each of our homes during your stay. While traveling, we are constantly looking for new and creative ideas to incorporate into our homes. It's our goal as vacation rental hosts to offer a unique and pampered experience to our guests.
